I come from the city of Córdoba in the state of Veracruz, México.
Córdoba is located in “las altas montañas,” home of the Citlaltépetl, one of the highest mountains in the continent. This region is famous for its high quality coffee. I come from a family of coffee farmers, agronomists, biologists, and restauranteurs.
